It’s true and it is a dream to travel a long road side by side with this splendid viola, the Giovanni Paolo Maggini “Joyce”, Brescia, around 1610, entrusted to me by the Fondazione Pro Canale in Milan, to whom I am deeply grateful.
I am happy to have her as a companion, and to carry her around the world to celebrate my personal career and 25 years of concerts with the Quartetto di Cremona, with many other adventures yet to come.
